The Hersheys shot....great work with the background, only thing I would suggest is a more straight on look. As it is right now the camera appears to be pointing down slightly and I think more of a straight across perspective would look better (just my humble opinion!) :o)
The snow shot is great, I would love to see if you do have a shot of it in all four seasons. You have all gotta stop putting these chocolate shots up, they make me go out and buy one every time LOL.

january 2 (the landscape) and today's snowy building are your best shots by far. some great photography there. i like it!!!

Very interesting looking building, suits the B&W look. As for the chocolate, well it's chocolate isn't it, love it ;)
